Biography
A native of California, I have been following my passion of holistic health and mind-body approaches to health and healing for over 10 years. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Masters Degree in Holistic Health Education both from John F. Kennedy University.
I am certified in a technique called Interactive Guided Imagerysm a powerful therapeutic tool that utilizes the power of the mind and imagination to influence the body. It is similar to meditation, hypnosis and visualization. I have been working with cancer patients and those dealing with serious health issues since 2003 at the Institute for Health and Healing at Marin General Hospital. In addition to working with health concerns, I also have experience working with such issues as stress management, anxiety, peak performance in sports and career, life transition issues as well as grief and loss.
As a Certified Professional Life Coach I help clients get focused on defining and achieving their goals. I assist clients with finding balance between work, family and play. The loss of a job, ending of a relationship, or other significant life event can cause us to question our greater purpose. Life coaching is a way to redefine our purpose, get back in alignment with our values and fully embody who we are to create the life we were born for.
I provide a safe and healing space for those who are ready and dedicated to their own healing journey and process of self exploration.
